Battery has problems

The battery will not turn on except when it is connected to the charger. I sent an email request help to fix the problem. Have not had a reply.

Charged well, but haven't used it yet.

Shipping was okay. Charged well enough, but I haven't been able to use it yet. Hopefully it'll freeze soon and I can try it out. And as long as it works as well as the one that came with the camera, it'll be fine.

I'll update after I've used it a while.
