I received the monitor well packaged in good condition. It took aporox 11 days to arrive. (Maybe a bit longer than I expected but I was able to track it's progress) The camera was an exact match and fit perfectly in thr case. I was unable to verify if DVR was functional because it was missing the 8gb mini SD card that was supposed to come with it as ad retired but I will check. The service was fantastic Lvbo Dai who was very helpful when I ordered it and steering me to the correct monitor. He was also very good with after service when I said I was missing the 8gb sd card. It wasnt worth getting money back or anything like that but it was acknowledged and will make a note on it with future purchases. It was a pleasure dealing with you
I would have liked a support bracket to put it on. I cant mount it on the lid, its to thick.
